We have the same issues of the keyboard and mouse freezing in Meditech when users are in AOM, and when they get to an order, the keyboard and mouse freeze. This occurs on the wireless tablets, using Citrix. We thought there was something wrong with or environment, but as I read all your entries, I'm beginning to wonder if there is a Meditech issue here. The issue seems to be related to the ordering process. We still have no explanation from Meditech as to why. Aside from being frustrating to us, imagine the providers who are loosing their work. We are testing it and having a lot of problems with loosing mouse capability in OM when going into Orders from EDM or NUR Status board. Also within OM itself, the screens are freezing up and we have to go into OPS and kill the sessions. It is making testing very tedious and difficult.
