We have some of our orders in pci displayed by number and others by name. They are in the same procedure category with the only differences on prompt answers are some have Force POM users to view Detail set to Y others to N. There are also some that have aliases and others that don't. Neither of these are consistently answered one way or another resulting in pci displaying number or name. Does anyone have suggestions on how to get all names and no numbers to display in pci?
