I have a magic version of an armband report for this very printer in our library. Help yourself.
Set up printer as FARGO in device table but do not use THERMAL YES footnote on the report. If you have to move any fields or put new ones, you'll need to download the programming manual from the Zebra website and figure out how to modify the control codes or add new ones. I used a product called "BarTender" from Seagull Scientific to layout the armband and produce the control codes on a PC, then converted them to be suitable for magic code in a macro.
