GlacierHi everyone. We have been advertising for a Clinical Analyst since Nov 2006, with no viable results. We've even posted on the -L several times - no bites. And, of course, I see other sites repeatedly listing theirs on the -L as well - repeatedly, being the key word.
Has anyone out there had success in working with a Recruiter to fill difficult-to-fill IT positions? I've received calls from time-to-time from various Recruiting agencies, but I have reservations about who to trust and whether or not they can actually produce qualified candidates. If anyone out there can recommend a Recruiting Firm - one you have actually worked with and with whom you had success in filling your position - I would appreciate hearing from you. Thanks.
