I am interested in speaking with any sites Live with the MPM suite with providers connecting via a VPN. Our providers are experiencing poor response time with things such as simple keystroke execution, in addition to long wait periods when moving from different modules and functionalities. (i.e. launching PWM, documenting in EAR, entering orders, managing tasks, etc.) Wait times can be anywhere from 10 to 20 seconds for a change to occur. We have done some internal investigating that points us to this particular suite of applications as there does not appear to be these issues with other modules.
