I use the following:
IFE=IF{[ANS,"OE.CONS"]|0^PH,
IFE=P(R,S,@p.MIS.DOC.DICT.dft.phone[PH]^/[ANS%0,"OE.CONS.PH"]|0)^#,""}
On the first line, "OE.CONS" is the query that asks for the provider.
On the second line, "OE.CONS.PH" is the current query, that you want the
phone number to populate.
