Tara,
We are using Cardinal large volumes and are not having any problems. We did
receive early in our project some IV's with red barcodes and these did not
work. We simply changed products. The green works very well. Hope that
helps.

Thanks to all who responded. It is as simple as putting a piece of paper or
your hand behind the bag.

Hi Tara,
Sometimes you can put a piece of white paper behind the bag, and that
can help. Also sometimes the curvature of the bag makes it harder to
scan. If you just use your fingers to flatten out the bag a bit, we
have found that it will scan every time.
We are using Symbol DS6608 scanners.

Hi All,
We have clear IV bags with barcodes. They will not scan. Do we have
to
re-label them? Dye them neon green ?(just kidding). Has anyone else had
this
problem?

Thanks
