I can only speak to the fact that we were a Beta Site for ORM 4.9 sr6. I found them to be very interested in our progress, and concerned if we were having issues. They were willing to listen for input for future upgrades. They were very interested in resolving issues related to the release we were working on. We did agree to be a resource for telephone conferences and site visits. We were allowed "credits" for each approved site visit we hosted. I am not sure of all those specifics as they were negotiated between Meditech and our IS director/Financial team. I like the product and overall the satisfaction of our relationship has been good.
