We would appreciate any suggestions you may have on how to get started in developing an Electronic Medical Record? * What were your first steps in your plan towards an EMR? (Needs assessment, Forms redesign, bar coding, etc.)?
   * Who were on your EMR Team?   Who should we not forget?
* Did you have one large team or a Core Team with adhoc teams who met as needed?
   * What process did you use to assess your needs?
* Did you hire consultants to assist with your planning or was it all done inhouse?
   * What references would you recommend?
