We recently went live with a few department orders in PCM. We are struggling with how to electronically acknowledge these orders. We are also using the nursing status board and the acknowledge function there is working just fine. Our problem comes into play with the department acknowledging the order. As soon as the nurse acknowledges the order, the order is no longer available for the department to acknowledge.
Has anyone found an electronic way to handle acknowledgements from multiple people? Thanks, Tim Brady Director of Information Systems Mt. Washington Pediatric Hospital
