Our five year strategic plan to implement a complete electronic medical record including bedside medication administration and computerized provider order entry is well underway. In Phases 1 and 2 we have implemented all new general financials and patient centric systems including Admissions, Scheduling, Medical Records and Coding, Lab, Pharmacy, Radiology, Order Entry and EMR.
We are currently searching to fill the following positions. Information Systems Analyst - HR and Time & Attendance Revenue Cycle Applications Analyst Clinical Informatics Analyst ------------ Information Systems Analyst with experience with automated HR and Time & Attendance systems, Meditech Client Server and API a plus. Experience in hospital clinical or financial departments to be automated. Significant exposure to hospital department operating policies and procedures. Interest and enthusiasm for computerization and appreciation for its potential to improve departmental and Interdepartmental efficiency. Well respected by management and peers with ability to work with all types of people. Strong interpersonal and English language communication skills, including oral, written, and presentation formats; ability to listen and positively motivate non-subordinate department personnel to meet task and time frame goals. Organized with proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Proficient in desktop productivity tools including; email, word-processing, spreadsheets. ------------- Revenue Cycle Applications Analyst A highly creative healthcare professional with a patient financial or ancillary services back ground best serves this key position. Supporting the patient accounting department, join an inter-disciplinary team representing admissions, coding, and all revenue generating departments. Analyze workflow and system functions to enhance the correct capture of patient information, clinical charges and diagnostic codes, in support of the electronic billing and collection processes. Provide strong communication, leadership, troubleshooting, and political navigation skills to drill into complex operations and procedural issues. Provide solid information technology skills in third party system dictionary building, test plan development, testing, and report writing. Associates Degree Required, 4 year degree preferred 3-5 years hospital billing or ancillary support experience Knowledge of electronic billing systems Strong personal computer skills and analytical Proven communication, leadership, and team building ----------- Clinical Informatics Analyst. Beginning with the implementation of our Meditech Emergency Department Tracking system and moving on to multi-disciplinary patient documentation, electronic medication administration record with bedside medication verification this position is central to the fulfillment of our strategic goals. Supporting the nursing department and other ancillary documenters, analyze workflow and system functions to improve patient information capture. Ensure safe and satisfying information system practices for our patients and clinical care providers. Provide solid leadership, communication, facilitation, analysis and consensus building skills. 4 year degree in Clinical Discipline or Information Systems - Masters preferred 5-10 years hospital based or related experience Knowledge of electronic documentation systems Strong personal computer skills and analytical ability Thank you, Robert C.
