We have had a MOX cabinet set up similar to this almost from the day we implemented Meditech. It's kind of an electronic classified bulletin board where we have For Sale, Want to Buy, Want to Trade, etc. Meditech was the first time everybody in the facility had access to any kind of email, so until we implemented this, we had a flood of "personal" type emails offering items for sale and Admin really didn't like that! We also have the daily cafeteria and grill menus in the Library and all sorts of policy and procedures cabinets . . . with the implementation of the Exchange server and the more wide-spread use of Outlook, we don't utilize MOX as fully as we once did, but it's still our main line of communication with ALL employees.

I was thinking that employees may really like it if they could go into the library and see a folder called freebies and look through the listings turned in by other employees but our admin stands by "the computer is to be used for buisness purposes only" phylosophy.
