As far as I know, a report which accurately shows the room and bed of a patient during their stay, or "as of" a particular time cannot be written beyond the ADM purge.
Magic Abstracting keeps location data in this segment: abs.pat.adm.locations.and.scus But you only have location not room and bed and there seem to be bugs in the accuracy. Magic and C/S PHA keep transfer events in PHA.PAT.adm.patient.events But they only keep @event.date and not @event.eff.date and @event.eff.time so anything backdated would be handled wrong. Also they don't keep transfers within the same room. You do see the room and bed in the @event.new.value field. If Meditech has fixed the issues with the location data in ABS, ABS would be the way to go to do an "as of" report beyond the ADM purge but the best you could do is show locations.
