Hello Fellow Listers,
I am wondering if anyone has a report that captures the following
information:
1. Unique admits to the hospital w/ fasting blood sugar > 110 (either on
admission or during admission)
Separate by hospital and unit
2. Unique patients with fasting blood sugars > 110 with discharge
disposition of expired
Separate by hospital and unit
I am relatively new to NPR report writing and am not quite sure how to
start. If anyone has something that works, it would be better than trying
to reinvent the wheel. Many thanks in advance.
