Hey Liz, What we did here was put the standard/most common diets in both the procedure dictionary and into a CDS. That way, when you order one diet, you can add multiple secondary diets to it. We also set up our parameter to complete old diets so that when a new diet gets entered it will "overwrite" the old one. HTH.
