Before we started with BMV/eMAR I put a survey out on Meditech-L and the respondents all liked the machines that they had. No one had any complaints. So, we upgraded our Euclid Cadet ($600) and purchased a bagger from Medical Packaging ($18,000). For oral liquids we use oral syringes or Wheaton Vials. And for those drugs that should not be packaged through the Euclid, list available from ASHP, we use blister packs and labels from Health Care Logistics; using their Wasp labeling program.
