Have you checked out www.itnurse.net <http://www.itnurse.net/> ?  There
are many routines you can switch to, but not a good way inside a routine
to add an intervention that I am aware of.  Why not query link?  When
you file then you are prompted to add specific problems/diagnosis to the
plan of care, or you can be prompted to order specific orders in OE.
