Our site does not yet have POM. However your issue sounds like ADM is fixing the patient's status with a function called an "UNDO". This makes a real mess of the patients PHA profile. I believe Meditech has a DTS that addresses this issue. They applied a DTS to our system that took care of the issue for us, but like I said we are not using POM and this may or may not work for you. I believe the DTSs are, ADM 2310, and PHA 2692, but that will probably depend on what version you are using.
