Hello All Meditech Magic 5.5 (SR 2);
I'm working on creating a Code Blue Resuscitation form
that nurses from throughout the hospital will be able to use/complete
post-code.
What I need are some ideas about how to record multiple
VS after medications/interventions are provided. We can attach copies
of VS to go to the chart, but we're trying to go paperless. I would
like to at least have a set that can be entered every 5-10 minutes. For
some codes, the list could be overwhelming, but at least a place we
could enter pre-code VS, a set of 2-3 VS during the code, and a
post-code set.
Let me know what you all are doing out there?
