We were wondering if anyone else has experienced the following issue in PHA
with C/S 5.5
On entering Process Orders, the pharmacist is experiencing
intermittent slow response time after selecting a patient with more orders
relative to other patients. They are receiving the message "Compiling
Patient's Rx" and a delay of up to 40 seconds before the information is
displayed.
On filing 10 or more new orders for the patient, response time slows to 20
to 40 seconds. It also seems to be that the peak times in the A.M. shows a
much slower response time than at 15:00.
While this seems like a small issue, if we multiply that time out waiting
it becomes a significant amount of wasted time.
We have submitted this as an issue but have not received an answer about it
since last year.
