Is anyone using a Nursing Hand off communication tool (when patient is transferred from one location/service to another)? If so, what are you using?
One of our facilities is using a OE ADM screen (they do not want this to be part of the patients permanent record) in the ED. But now they are looking for a way to communicate from the Ancillary departments (Cath Lab, Rad, etc). Any help is appreciated.
