For those who use Meditech and 3M for medical necessity, do you use 3M online, the dictionaries or both?
Why did your facility make the decision to use this version (s). What do you like the most about this system and what do you like least. What has been the biggest problem you haven encountered with this version? For those of you who chose either version, did you have to continue with any sort of set up with Meditech also. If so what and how long did it take your facility to do this and how many people were required to set this up? At what point in your facility do you address the ABN's with your patients? Would it be possible to contact your HIM director with further questions, preferably with hospitals 25 to 50 beds. If so, please provide contact information for this person.
