I have one that we use when I worked for HCA, Marilyn Williams at HCA Corporate wrote it, but I have not gotten it to work in mainstream software yet.
The report crashes with this error message:

Looks like the error is in the d macro

See attached report, let me know if you get it fixed, I would like to
use it to. We are not LIVE with EMAR yet, here at WMC.
I used this report when I was LIVE with EMAR and it was nice...

We are implementing EMAR/BMV in Feb of this year and we are
looking to customize the MAR Worklist. Has anyone already accomplished
