Hello all,

I was pointed into a direction that helped me resolve my issue by using the 
MSEL footnote:

Objective:              Obtain those providers that do "not" have a "selected" 
insurance PIN (recall they may have none to many pins).

Page 2:         Select fields:
                        ins.pin EQ
                        For pin:

Page 3:         Footnote:
                        MSEL @ins.pin NONE
