Well, Laura, on oe.order, you've got the patient field (which is the ADM urn) which should get you connected to the lab.l.spec.result.tests in the LAB.L.SPEC DPM via the same field name there: patient. If you're fragmenting in, use the lab.l.spec.patient.index to more quickly get the cross reference (connects the ADM urn to the LAB.L.SPEC urn). Once you've got the connection then, whatever test (print number) you use for troponin would be the result records you'd want to grab. Hope that helps, good luck!
