Joni - For BHS we have the charge associated with the appointments in CWS. So when we set up an appointment it follows over to OE. If the patient has medicare and has been pre-reg and/or registration has been completed the ABN screen comes up and we are able to enter the dx code in and if it fails than we print the ABN for signatures.
It does not come up for the appointments that we just Schedule without being registered. This is a problem. If you should have any other questions, please let me know.
