Since the beginning of time we have printed a "logr" format on a printer in
the Laboratory for all lab orders. The original purpose was to have a log
of orders in case the system went on downtime. Since that time, we have
added Meditech Lab to the system and the printer has become much "older".
Does anyone have a method of "printing" a logr order without actually
wasting paper on a dot-matrix printer? It would be nice if the order
printed to a file on a PC in the department that they could use in emergency
situations rather than actually printing the orders on a printer.

Thank you in advance for your input.
