We are being told by our rehab area that, under Ohio law, student
physical therapists MUST have "Student Physical Therapist" spelled out
in full as part of their name, anywhere they document in our system.
However, the user name we set up in the UNV is limited to 34
characters---how are other sites dealing with this sort of problem? We
keep running into this each time we set up a student, and now the rehab
department is telling us we cannot use abbreviations as we have in the
past for students.
TIA,

Amy
