I am trying to "notify" the Pharmacy when a POM Order fails a POM Rule and gets auto-rejected in OE. I have identified the cancel.rank=5, but cannot figure out where to attach a rule - Order Rule vs. Print Rule. Any help is appreciated. Kevin. Kevin McConnell, PharmD.
