I posted a question in the past re: RALS result defaulting to  NUR CDS
and this is accomplished thru an attribute (c/o the L). We got this
working. However, our problem is and if this is happening to your
facility as well, please let me know how you resolve the issue. Since
the attribute defaults the last saved response to the NUR CDS, and the
nurse, sometimes does not document until after 3 accuchecks later, there
is that big possibility that the user will not review the results and
edit as appropriate to reflect the right result for the right time. How
do you deal with it? We haven't placed this feature on LIVE as I think
it is more prone to inaccurate documentation (almost same problem we had
with the recall key). Any input is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
