Our controller has asked for the following information for the Cost Report:
1. Patient days and discharges by type, as well as, volume statistics for ancillary departments. 2. Discharges by type and financial class. 3. Total and Medicaid Nursery discharges. 4. Total and Medicaid labor and delivery. 5. Recap of Medicaid secondary payor days for the year broke out by facility. 6. Beds in service and days by type and financial class (i.e., Acute, ICU, Nursery, Geri-psych, Rehab and SNF). We have pieces but we were wondering if any one has reports that will give each of the 6 data requirements.
