Can you define "auto posting" a little? We use Meditech's B/AR cashiering routines for the cashiers and Meditech's electronic remittance program for Medicare, Medicaid, etc. Since it's Meditech, naturally it's batch posting, but I do like the fact that the act of printing a cashier receipt marks the account with a comment.
