We are live with NUR in all areas except pedi. We have a question on our Adult Inpatient Admission Assessment "Is anyone hurting you (sexually, physically, emotionally)?" The answers are Y,N or U (unable to assess at this time). Any ideas on to do this on a pedi admission assessment? We have 1 admission assessment for all age groups. Thanks in advance for your help.
