What vendor are you using if any for web based training for your new
employee's and students? The modules we are looking for are:

* Are you satisfied with the product?
* How is the training updated when you upgrade?
* How is the training customized to your organization?
* Do you offer any classroom training in addition to the web based
training?
* What is the ballpark cost for this product?
