Deb,
We had a big issue a couple of years ago where the HT and WT were being changed
to zero when a pharmacist would verify an order. This doesn't sound exactly
the same but the DTS's needed to fix this were 1980 and 1920. It's worth a try
to see if these will help.

Subject: [MEDITECH-L] Patient Weight Changing in Pharmacy

Has anyone ran into an issue with weights changing back in forth after being
edited in Pharmacy? Here is the scenario.

Order is entered and filed on a patient.

Pharmacist edits the weight of the patient.

Pharmacist prints the MAR.

Mar prints correctly.

Weight is displayed correctly in Meditech.

Everything is fine until.....

Pharmacist Edits and files the order.

Pharmacist prints the MAR.

MAR prints with the original weight that the patient had when the order was
first entered.

OE weight and PHA weight are both now changed back to the weight the patient had
when the order was first entered.

Is the patient's weight stored with the order somewhere??? Why is the original
weight writing over the top of all of the edited weights after the order is
edited?

If the order is never edited, the weights are fine. As soon as the
order is edited, the old weights come back.

Any thoughts?
