I have created a cds for medication reconciliation and set it up as an assessment so that all departments can access it easily. On page 2 of the intervention dictionary I have it set up that I want it to print when the intervention is documented. Nothing is printing, not even a standard output format. Any ideas??? The staff doesn't want to print through the Assessments routine because it takes 2 pieces of paper so I am trying to get a NPR to print it out on 1 piece of paper when the nurses file the assessment.
