Our facility would like to begin to collect payments and co-pays when the patient registers. Is anyone using Magic Order Entry's Cashier option? When I asked Meditech I was told there aren't many people doing this but I wanted to check here to a wider audience.
I am having an issue with the set-up for posting the payment to the patient account in BAR. I can get the payment set up but it keeps rejecting on the BAR side and isn't sending the amounts over. Getting started I could handle the rejections in BAR, but without knowing the amounts it makes it rather difficult! Any help you can give would be appreciated.
