Meditech is stumped on this issue, so I thought I would see if anyone is aware of a DTS that may be needed. We are Magic 5.5 SR3. Within LAB, we have a new UA panel that contains UFPCAST as a component test. Via page 3 of the Test Dictionary, we have configured a reflex Order Group if results are >1.5. This reflex order group will ADD a test to the SAME requisition. At least that's how it's supposed to work. Meditech is inconsistent whether the reflex test is added to the same requisition or if it generates a new requisition (which it shouldn't do). Yesterday the reflexes didn't work (worked last week), early this morning I had 4 in row that worked, but then immediately had one fail and generate 3 additional requisitions (one per reflexed order group based on results). The only other thing in common with the failure is it only happens if all results are entered (resulting in the requisition briefly reaching COMPLETE status) for the tests - if a single test is left pending, a! ll reflex order groups work correctly.
Has anyone else seen this and gotten it resolved?
