Hi, Would somebody now which field to use for the "CMPCNC?" order status or if, this is not directly a field, how I could look for this status?
Recently, "many" departmental orders were placed (that are immediately entered as completed) that were afterwards then cancelled at the care area level. The problem is that in this situation the cancellation is in a pending status "CMPCNC?" until the cancellation is confirmed at departmental level, consequently without this confirmation the patient is still being billed. Since it is difficult for the departments to find the patients whose departmental orders were cancelled at care area level, I wonder if there is a report that can look for them.
