We currently pay by rounding to the nearest quarter of hour. Example if an employee worked 32 hours and 9 minutes we would pay 32.25 hours. But I have been asked if we can pay for exact minutes worked. So we would pay 32 and 9minutes. I would be interested in hearing what others do. Thanks.
