Hi Laura, Our endocrine clinic had a similar issue where they wanted to enter across the row instead of down the column. It depends on how you enter the queries on your CDS, at least that is what I discovered. I'm not sure if there is an easier way, but I manually placed the columns so the cursor moves through vertically instead of horizontally. It is opposite of what you are asking for, but I think the process to change it would be the same. I basically had to rearrange the queries on the CDS until the cursor moved through them in the way the users wanted.
<<...OLE_Obj...>> <<...OLE_Obj...>> This way they will fill in their diagnoses for five rows, then it will go back up to the next column and go down from there. Does this help? Thanks!
