1. How much training did you offer your end users?
We offered our end users group sessions of approximately 4 hours each,
though I seem to recall not using the full 4 hours for most groups.
2. Did you use super-users, or did you find the initial training
adequate?
The initial training was adequate, though Super Users have been
helpful with all our implementations for Nursing.
3. Did you create a separate status board for your CNA's?
We use the same status board for CNAs as for RNs, but we have a separate
status board for RTs and plan to develop additional boards for other
disciplines.
4. Did you encounter any problems making the transition from The
Nursing Main Menu to the SB?
No, the nurses have really liked the status board. It was an easy
sell.
5. Did you give your users access to the old menu via. a Magic key for
any length of time after going live with SB or did you make a clean
break from the old menu?
Clean break (see #4). This was by far the easiest product to
implement in Nursing.
