We use Valco; Patient Access is responsible for scanning the order and getting a complete order when necessary. Our patients don't go to the clinical area for testing until we have a signed, correct order.

What in registration are you at your facility scanning...what are you responsible for? Does your HIM department still receive the original physician orders and audit them...sending to physician if not completed?
