We are Magic 5.5 SR2 and have the following issue.
We have the wards order RFS (Request for Services) for all DI
procedures. These RFS orders have a CDS with specific queries like
Pregnant? LMP?, etc. So when the scheduling staff see the RFS they
complete it and then enter a real order in ITS. Of course the ITS
procedure has the same queries used for the RFS and what I need to know
is........is there a way to add an attribute on the query to check to
see if the same patient with the same account # has answered the query
in an RFS?

Another issue with CDSs and queries.............when they order an RFS
for a chest xray they answer a query that asks them to put in clinical
information, then they put in another order for an RFS procedure and
this time it is for an xray of the abdomen. The 2nd order also uses the
same query since it really is the same procedure. But when they go to
enter the data in the clinical data box, the information from the order
#1 is in the box and it needs to stay. But what I would like to know,
is there a way to keep the data in for the 1st order but for the 2nd
order to have a clean box? Not likely but it is worth a shot.

Thanks
