Neither could Meditech.
I finally found it all being stored in RADRW.EXAM radiology.billing.index. This is written without a Detail DPM and is not terribly flexible... but it really works. I had perused the L for any signs of this having been done but all reports I found did not include credits or Misc. or Exam related charges.
Since Meditech couldn't help me and I finally found the answer I figured I'd just post the report to the L for your enjoyment. I'll drop it on the Iatric web site as well as the Meditech archives in case you are looking through the archives for such a report. This is Magic 5.5 sr1
