We have also been plagued by the issue number 2 below. I have never seen
issue one before. Our Word headers
Print fine on both pages. In your report template setup for MSWORD
reports do you have a section filled in called
Page2 Header ? We put the data we wanted between the [ ] signs on the
template. Here is what our page 2 header

Can you post the responses you get for the second issue ? We have seen
it when they try to edit at the beginning
, end or in the middle , it just hangs. Then the provider turns off the
pc or reboots and all the reports lock up.

We are on C/S 5.5 SR2 and have two issues related to our MS Word reports
from radiology. I am hoping someone has run into this and has the
solution.
1. With a small percentage of two page reports, Meditech does not print
the page 2 header on the second page of the MS Word document. The RTF
document prints the page 2 header fine.
2. When a radiologist is signing out a large batch of reports and then
makes an edit to a report toward the end of the batch, the reports lock
up and we have to wait about half an hour before they release. All the
documents then have to be re-signed. It doesn't seem to happen when
reports are edited in the beginning, just toward the end. The
workstations used have both MS Word Reader and the full version of MS
Word 2000.
Would like to hear from anyone who may have solutions to these issues.
