"God governs in the affairs of man. And if a sparrow cannot fall to the
ground without his notice, is it probable that an empire can rise
without His aid? We have been assured in the Sacred Writings that except
the Lord build the house, they labor in vain that build it. I firmly
believe this. I also believe that, without His concurring aid, we shall
succeed in this political building no better than the builders of
Babel." -- Benjamin Franklin --

Addendum...
Thanks to Joe Cocuzzo for informing me of the following...
1. The example I pointed to below is C/S only
2. The good news is, we also DO have a Magic version that we
demonstrated in MUSE 99. Joe has since modified it due to certain
syntax checker .. um .. behavioral issues .. and the modified version
can be found in our NPR report library on our website under the ADM
module.

One caveat and I apologize for the "techie-ness": If the user SPOOLs or
prints to VIEW, the trick does not work in magic w/o replacing the
/R.NEW.PAGE.PGM with your own macro because %Z.rw.new.page allocates a
new spool file when you go to the next page and your output gets
diverted from your saf to a spool file.
Translated in English: run it to a printer!!
Good luck!!

Hi Robert,
You are correct. At the international MUSE in 2001, we illustrated a
technique to include this on your report. The information is still
available on our website at http://www.iatricsys.com
3 Steps:
-----------
1. Click on the "MUSE" button near the top of the main page,
2. Click "2001 Session" on the pop up menu.
3. When that page loads, scroll to the bottom and look for the "X
of Y" example - click on it to download the sample report.

Hope someone finds this useful!

I've used this code for the computed field xx.page placed in the detail
section of a report used as a profile header in NUR. Maybe you can
adapt it for your use. You would probably have to remove your standard
report or page headers and create your own so that you can use it.

[mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] There is information (somewhere) on
Meditech's web site on how to do this for MARs (Medication
Administration Records for PHA). It was not in your form but in the
form 'Page nnn - see next page" and 'Page nnn - final page' - close
enough to make everyone happy. I did utilize that (on MARs) though I
have forgotten exactly how. If it can be done on MARs it should be
possible on more simple NPR reports. There might be another example on
the Iatrics web site - www.iatricsys.com - but I'm not sure.
>>> "Reid, Gloria" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> 02/26/03 04:18PM  Can
anyone tell me how to get the "Page# of total #pages" on an NPR report?
