Is there anyone on C/S 552 that is creating scanned images to a document that is queued for signature in a provider's to-be signed list? We have a paper process for 485 documents that must be completed by our Home Health Nurses and signed by physicians. Currently we send a paper copy to the physician for signature. We want to somehow scan the 485 into a report and queued to the provider to sign through ITS.
