Can anyone Help , we just had a JCAHO mock surveyor at our hospital , she wanted to go to one place, to see progression of nursing problems and resolution , she found the care plan routine to cumbersome , and to many screens to look at at . We are a magic site 5.5
Any Suggestions would be greatly appreciated
