We currently have insulin coverage orders based on blood sugar results.
The orders are as follows: Regular Insulin 1 unit for blood sugar 150-199
Regular Insulin 2 units for blood
sugar 200-249
Regular Insulin 3 units for blood
sugar 250-299
Regular Insulin 4 units for blood
sugar 300-349 etc for a total of 6 different orders
What is the best way for these medication orders to be entered in PHA when
we go to EMAR.
